Carlos Coutinho

Carlos Coutinho is CEO and R&D Manager at Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon, Portugal.

He holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, awarded in 2013 by the New University of Lisbon (FCT-UNL), Portugal. Invited Professor in Master Open Source Software. He has several publications in international scientific journals and more than twenty publications in peer-reviewed international conferences, and is part of the review committee of four scientific journals and six yearly international conferences.
